We offer a flexible pre-order option to help you secure your items during our sale while your space is still being prepared. Please review the policy below before confirming your order.

Payment & Reservation

Full Payment Upfront guarantees your item is held until you’re ready for delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Options

We understand that plans can change. 

If you wish to cancel your order, you have the following options:

• Option 1: Store Credit (Most Flexible Option)

You will receive the full amount of your credit, which can be used for future purchases with us. This allows you to repurchase when you are ready, without any rush.

• Option 2: Refund Upon Resale (Ensuring a Smooth Process for You & Us)

If you prefer a refund, we will relist the item for sale. 

Note: If you find a buyer yourself, we are happy to facilitate a direct transfer!

We are flexible and want to ensure that agreements are fair and transparent for both parties.
