How to Return Your Item:
- Contact Us – Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
- Keep the Packaging – Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth return process.
- Organising the Return – We’ll work with you to arrange a convenient collection time or provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Collection Fee & Restocking Charges:
- A £35 collection charge applies to all returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Non-faulty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable.
- Evidence of damage (e.g., photos) may be required before processing your claim.
Exclusions & Important Notes:
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of damage or defects.
- Items returned without original packaging or in used condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
